This is how “you choose” to view each part of your body. Body image should not be based on how you “feel” or what other people think / say, it should be based on the facts. For example, focus on and be thankful for what you have (2 eyes, 2 ears, 2 legs, working lungs, a healthy brain etc) instead of wanting to lose some weight because you “feel” fat.
