Tips on how to make the best of take-aways.

Whether from supermarkets, restaurants or take-away outlets, fast food has become part of our daily life. Unfortunately, take-aways contain far less nutritive value, such as vitamins, minerals and roughage, than healthy or home cooked meals. It is usually prepared with extra fats, sugar and salt which make these foods terrible for your waist and health! Have take-away meals only occasionally.
